Description

Bolted onto the surface of Meklon, the Meklar Combine’s Main Cycle ran endlessly through uncountable revolutions. In time, a relative order was established over the dizzying cacophony of individual thought, as it became an orderly blend of truncated individuality, advancing the combine inscrutable objectives. This new, streamlined awareness came with a sudden realisation, one that now turns the Meklar towards the rest of the galaxy. There is still much to be optimised.

- Mod broken why?
Eh sorry... Please let me know if you encounter any bugs or have any feedback down in the comments.

- Why some models vanilla?
Master of Orion doesn't contain that many models for its space gameplay, so I couldn’t find a replacement for every model. If a find a solution the mod will be updated.

- More ships when?
Yes.

- NSC/Downscaled ships when?
Currently no plans to add support for other mods, but people are free to make any patches.

I did some digging and looking at your other ship sets.

In MeklarA / MeklarB_corvette.asset line 9 or 10 (both files) I changed:

pdxmesh = "MeklarA_MeklarA_Frigate_A_mesh"

and

pdxmesh = "MeklarB_MeklarB_Frigate_B_mesh"

to

pdxmesh = "MeklarA_Frigate_A_mesh"

and

pdxmesh = "MeklarB_Frigate_B_mesh"

I'm not sure if what you wrote was intentional or served some other purpose that I'm not aware of, but with this little change, this set will behave like all your others do in the BETA. I hope this ends up saving you a small headache, and thank you very much for the ship sets. Amazing work.

So very strange thing. Tried out all your MOO shipsets on the Beta version (was curious). All shipsets except this one use their respective Corvette models for the new Frigates - which in pronciple means less work for you unless you want to mess about with them (or PDX decide to make whole new assets).

This shipset (Both the A and the B) produce an invisible ship. I realise you didn't make the mod for the Beta, so rather than a bug report, this is more of a heads up I guess.

Just noticed that the missile boat shipset is missing. I am unsure if that is due to people switching over to the Beta or not

@Halcyon The ships are firing correctly on my end, make sure to check if you’re running other mods that could cause conflicts.

These ship sets have an issue with their shots firing from the local star.
