Comrades it is with a heavy heart and heavier gambling addiction that Jimothy must inform you they have little time and motivation for maintaining and adding to this mod or any of their other mods. Jimothy's time is eaten up by job, university, writing books, a crippling Rimworld addiction, ghostwriting books for other people and a general laundry list (the Jimothy has been advised by their lawyer / kidnapping victim with a law degree against including any of their "like Rimworld but in real life" hobbies) of other things, but the biggest thing is just that the Jimothy has lost interest in CK3 and so feels little motivation to make mods for a game they no longer enjoy like they used to.

People and "people" alike are free to make updated, improved, tweaked, translated and so on versions of all the Jimothy's mods. The only copying of Jimothy's mods the Jimothy dislikes is that which is done selfishly rather than to make the game more fun, aka if someone were to copy-paste one of the Jimothy's mods and upload it without changing anything as that does nothing for players. It is polite to include links back to the original mods when making altered versions.

Big fat list of things added by this mod, firstly the things that are not traits:
- Some events giving access to the traits. You can skip this by using the decision that opens other cheat decisions. These events also create a special character with a special trait.
- Aristocrat Culture. What a nice and friendly culture, with such lovely "family values" :)
- Aristocrat Relgion. What a lovely and wholesome religion, with such nice "family values" :)
- Special men-at-arms for the aristocrats.
- Some fun lil modifiers.
- Special buildings: Slave Villages, Monuments of Terror, and other such wholesome things.
- Cheat decisions cos I know y'all love your damn shortcuts.

Traits (look at pics to see stats and descriptions):
- Sweltering Blood. If you are born with this alongside certain harmful inbreeding traits you will either get replaced by its anomalous counterpart or the anomalous counterpart will appear alongside it.
- Incorruptable Blood. Opposite of Sweltering Blood. Almost completely prevents inbreeding traits from appearing due to inbreeding.
- Genetic Blindness. Being born with this = turning blind at birth.
- Night Vision. Replaces genetic blindness (and prevents you from turning blind) if you have Sweltering Blood.
- Emaciated Strength. Replaces Spindly if you have Sweltering Blood.
- Screamer. Replaces lisping if you have Sweltering Blood.
- Deformed Skull. Does not replace and is not replaced by anything.
- Aristocratic Odour. Does not replace and is not replaced by anything.
- Horrific Appearance. Appears in addition to being hideous if a character with Sweltering blood is hideous. If a character inherits this but has no Sweltering blood they lose the trait, but become hideous regardless of any beauty trait they might've inherited from their other parent.
- Awful Jaws. Kinda sucks bro.
- Mighty Jaws. Replaces Awful Jaws if you got Sweltering Blood.
- Disturbing Nails. Kinda sucks homie.
- Raking Claws. Replaces Disturbing Nails if you got Sweltering Blood.
- Oddly Weak Bones. Kinda sucks homie.
- Oddly Strong Bones. Replaces Oddly Weak Bones if you got Sweltering Blood.
- Protective Skin. Appears if you have Scaly and Sweltering Blood. If you're born with this trait but not Scaly skin, you gain Scaly.
- Night Skin. Appears if you have Albino and Sweltering Blood. If you're born with this trait but not Albino, you gain Albino.
- Anomalous Strength. Just there so Aristocrats can be even bigger menaces.
- Muscle Density. I might've forgotten to put pics but they're just the normal genetic strength traits but without the prowess making your character any more muscular.
- Monstrous Blood. Tiered increasing traits gained and increased by inbreeding between people with Sweltering Blood. If you're born with these but not Sweltering Blood, you lose the Monstrous Blood and it's replaced with random harmful traits (increased odds of really bad things the higher the tier) like cancer, lunacy, infirmity, etc, plus you lose positive traits you have. Your physical strength is automatically improved at birth if you're born with both Monstrous Blood and Sweltering Blood, and each Monstrous Blood tier in of itself has its own rewards like massively improving lifespan, fertility and somewhat boosting prowess.

If you have an anomalous genetic trait but no Sweltering Blood, you lose the trait and it's replaced by its "normal" (usually sucks, like Night Vision being replaced with Genetic Blindness) trait. So with Sweltering Blood you're continuously rewarded for inbreeding, but the deeper in you go the more harmful and harder it is to pull out of.

Meanwhile Incorruptable Blood lets you inbreed consequence free, but you won't be able to access the cool traits like night vision or emaciated strength.

You can either give yourself the traits, culture and religion from the beginning in the ruler designer, use cheat decisions to give yourself them once you're in the game or if you prefer a slower, more insidious build up use the "contemplate inbreeding problems" decision and begin the descension into yucky inbreeding.

COMPATIBILITY
Is wonderful!
This mod only overwrites the holdings files to add some more buildings, so it's super compatible with other mods. Outside of this it only adds things and doesn't overwrite anything.
To be able to use the buildings from both this and other mods, please use the Grander Building Compatch.

My god-awful discord. Come here to make suggestions for / point out problems with my mods, fling ideas for new mods at me if you have ideas but don't wanna learn how to mod, get news (including content of future updates) on my mods, hang out with others who like my mods and have a good time.

A playlist of my public mods. Just by how many there are, there's bound to be some that you like. Yeah yeah most haven't been updated in a while but most work so if you dislike yellow triangles cope and seethe:

My god-awful YT channel. Sh*tposting, worldbuilding for two stories I'm making and (in the works) some CK3 vids mainly focused on my mods. Most importantly of all, ridiculous gaps of time between uploads:

I'm not that surprised. That probably means one of the updates changed how character appearances work, so the ways traits alter appearance broke.

Mhh.. game shut down in Ruler disigner, if i use this mod. pitty.

Once you embrace Aristocratic Culture (I'm like 99% sure I made a way to do that. If not I give you a "it's not cheating if it's an intended mechanic" license to use devmode to do so whenever seems right from a roleplay perspective), you can start getting access to buildings that increase knight limit, turning your inbred family into knights that can rip and tear through enemies.

If the mod is working properly: just keep inbreeding as much as possible and it'll all work out... maybe / eventually.
It seems I've deleted the common / do-stuff files from my local version of the mod so I can't check for sure... nor can I make any quick updates or fixes.
If I remember correctly, Sweltering Blood turns many bad traits caused by inbreeding into good or neutral traits (by removing and replacing them).
Monstrous Blood is meant to counter-act inbred trait itself, hence the non-prowess skill values being the same as what being inbred takes away. As it progresses, it increases inbreeding chance (which, with sweltering blood present, is a good thing), fertility and prowess.

I know this mod is also more dead as well, but I had a question. Tried playing with it, and are the children also supposed to be getting the inbred trait or should I go get a mod that disables it? noticed that even when characters were getting the traits youd want, the inbred trait would deduct about as many the person who was playing as them said.

Probably not. I don't spend much time modding anymore so whenever I do spend time on it I want it to be on making new mods rather than fixing old ones. Anyone who wants to update this, including making any changes they want in their updated version, is free to.
