Golden Child + Scapegoat

Description
Adds Golden Child and Scapegoat to the game.

Both tier 3 passive items. They are added to treasure room pool.

Golden Child: tears down, damage up, luck up, health up. Charm tears. Becomes Scapegoat when you beat Mom.
Scapegoat: tears up, damage down, luck down, replaces a red heart container with a bone heart. Fear tears. Becomes Golden Child when you beat Mom.

This mod is based on an idea of orancejuice.
