Uriens legacy is commonly overlooked, with distribution of Northern Duchies really not being fit for it. It was better in ck2
I was thinking recently wouldn't just "Ogledd" make more sense? Because if Hen Ogledd is restored, is it really "Hen" Ogledd anymore?
Also fun fact, the Aberffraw dynasty was originally from a dynasty that controlled Rheged and the Mann. A direct descendant of Urien and Coel Hen. There's no better legitimate claim to the North then Rhodri the Great. It'd make for an interesting idea to add the decision to merge Hen Ogledd into Wales, and then maybe Lloeyger (England). Or the rest into England as a Anglo.
In mod_nicknames.txt you can leave only nick_northdragon, which you've added
Same for coat_of_arms/new_titles.txt
1) Remove from new_titles.txt everything except first 3 rows and k_ogledd title
2) Add to mod_decision_events.txt hidden_effect next line:
title:k_ogledd = { set_de_jure_liege_title= title:e_britannia }
That will make your mod work alongside other mods that changes landed_titles without issues
And probably it's better to rename all files to something unique. You can be sure, that there are other mods with file named as new_titles.txt
