1. Download and unzip the zip file to get the VPK file.
   
2. Put the VPK in the addons folder instead of the workshop folder. Its relative path is steamapps \ common \ left 4 Dead 2 \ left4dead2 \ addons.
   
3. Enable mod in the game. Because of my settings, its name is the same as that of VPK.
   
4. Ensure that no other mod will conflict with this mod, for example, disable other mods that replace the same character.

If mod does not appear in the addons list, the location of VPK is wrong. If it is enabled but has no effect, please don't ask me, because I haven't encountered this situation.
