Wisma Bumiputera Tower
Wisma Bumiputera is a 22-storey office building in Jakarta, Indonesia. It is designed by Timothy Seow of Singapore with local partners Encona Engineering and built from 1982 to 1985 and opened in March 1986. The building uses a unique octogram design encompassing a glass box within a concrete coated box.

This asset was commissioned by siperancangkota.

Some correction on description, taken from my blog in my own language:
