Disable irregular terrain

Description
No more pixel hunting for placeable locations! This mod turns off the irregular terrain placement restriction for all buildings, allowing you to place them anywhere, such as the sides of mountains and craters. Any other placement restrictions such as water or mines having to be on veins still apply. This unfortunately will not work for buildings that are added by other mods.

There is some unavoidable clipping on the most extreme slopes, but you can see from the mod screenshot that it does try to fit around slopes.

Should be part of base game. I can fly a million miles to mars, build massive mining operation with robots but I cant bulldoze some damn dirt into a ramp into a crater..
