Description
Update
Now requires Mixu's unlocker. This allows Bruisers to have their own recruitment category and caps, separate from butchers.
Bruisers also now have the proper assault units action, the one where they damage all units in an army.
Bruisers now spread order as their passive, instead of increasing income. (The Champion agent type doesn't have access to increase income.
Changed their unique skill that boosted income, so it now adds a small diplomatic bonus with all factions, to represent veteran bruisers being well travelled mercenaries.
The bellower mount is now unlocked at level 4, giving players a few more turns to try it out before unlocking the mournfang.


Features
Adds a melee hero for ogres. The Bruiser.

Bruisers
Bruisers are unlocked at tier 3 of the basic melee building. The camp version of this building gives +1 recruit rank factionwide.
In battle, Bruisers are straightforward tank heroes with an ironfist, heroic killing blow and an offensive rally to complement the tyrant’s defensive version. At level 5, they automatically unlock a mount that equips them with a tribal standard, and at level 8 they automatically unlock a mournfang mount.

Additionally, Bruisers have access to a career choice at level 14, which will further specialise their role on the battlefield.

Careers
Careers are mutually exclusive skill options, available as mounts in Custom Battle and Campaign. Each career will change the stats, abilities, attributes, animations and appearance of your bruiser.











CA Bruiser
Bruisers are the only tabletop ogre hero not yet represented in WH3. CA is almost certainly going to add them at some point, and when that happens, I’ll release a version of this mod that carries over the careers to the official version.

No worries. Glad you've enjoyed the mod, looking forward to the ogre update. Will hopefully not be too difficult to rework the careers for the vanilla bruiser

I've always said I'd try and move the skills over to the CA bruiser, but will be a while after the dlc drops. not right away

do you have any plans for what you might do if CA adds ogre bruisers in the upcoming dlc? the careers here are really interesting and it would be a shame to see them go.

Using your mod with Great Ogre Haul mod. There is a bug where the Recruitment of Bruisers from the Camp buildings is "Hero Recruit Rank: +1 for Bruisers" instead of Bruisers are unlocked at tier 3 of the basic melee building. The camp version of this building gives "+1 recruit rank factionwide". So no matter how many buildings are constructed the recruitment rank of bruiser heroes is level 1.

Ive never played woth radipus so it could be incompatible. There used to be a submod but it was taken down
