Description
How to install on Windows: Unzip the file to C:\Users\username*\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod.

Main Content:
1.Optimize the game process of Ibever. Provide serveral formable country after the fianl mission.
2.Buff many other elven tags cuz moonlight is shareable.
3.Rework Arakeprun(H01)'s mission tree in a medium scale.
4.And some other changes...

Detailed content:
【Ibevar】
1.Regent Court
1.1 Add a church estate privilege to buff RC. Available after Corinate is enabled.
2.Elves(including ruinborn elves) available: Add a Forest Expansion estate privilege.
3.Mission buff
3.1.Extend the lasting time of "Prosperous Ibevar", add -10% development cost in primary culture province.
3.2."the Western Wall" now provides +1 fort level.
4.Government Reforms:Council of the Ancients gain +2 advisor pool, and a special government mechanic.
5.Develop Decisions: Add a special to the core province of Ibevar(as defined in the mission tree),offset the governing cost increase of expanding infrastructure for the first time.Besides, reduce the local culture conversion in 50 years.
6.Moonhaven: Ibevar can union with Moonhaven by a special decision after becoming the Emperor of EOA.

10.Unlock some formable-country decision after finishing Ibevar's final mission(Do not need culture change or captital movement).
*In background, Ibevar has some issues with those countries.So might be not lore-friendly. Just gameplay stuff.

10.1 Silver Demesne-Arbaran:Ibevar formable.
10.1.1.Skip some mission not suitable for Ibevar.

10.2.Silver Demesne-Adenica: Ibevar formable.
10.2.1.Adenica available: You can go both war and peace now.
10.2.2.Adenica available: You can choose a new pony after pony's death.

11.Moonwood Federation-Cyranvar: Moon Elves formable, bring your lost cousin back home(cannot gain the Oak Monarchy). Cyranvar is an End-Tag.
11.1.Cyranvar available:You can go both routed right now. Not very lore-friendly though.
11.2.Cyranvar available:A new decision to build a level-1 trade center in the captital of each clans.
11.3.Oak Monarchy: Now reduce instead of increase advisor cost. Better long lived events.

【Anbennar】
1.Artificer estate:Add two way to unlock artificer estate.
1.1 Unlock by decision: Tolerant gnomes, goblins or kobold first.
1.2 Unlock by diplomatic action: Make friends with a country who has already unlock artificers.

2.Vampire
2.1.All country available. Add an event connected with specific localisations(such as Arca Corvur), so you can unlock vampire estate.
2.2.Vampire country available. Add a decision to remove the cooldown of spreading vampire estate.
2.3.Asheniande available: Add a decision to send vampires to all EOA nations(so you can complete its mission easier).

3.(Hidden route)
3.1.Verne:Player can now tame wyvern by decision without forming Verne. Accept Verne culture to unlock these decisions.

4.Lorent
4.1.Now the Wine Lords can form a coalition against lorent during defensive war for once.

5.The Dragon Coast
5.1.Kobildzan and Gnomish Hierarchy available. Adding some research projects for those two countries(stealing ideas from Varainé lol) to enrich their gameplay.
5.2.Kobildzana vailable:You can go both routed right now. Not very lore-friendly though.
5.3.Kobildzana vailable:Unlock mythical cavalry: drake. Add a decision to hatch those monsters.

【Escann】
1.(Hidden route)A new formable old kingdom in Escann.

2.Blademarch: Adjust the bonus of final mission. Remove debuff, halving some part of buff.

3.The Escanni Wars of Consolidation: Anyone can declare to be the winner now. This is implemented by a different decision.
3.1.Patricians estate: Gain lotalty bonus of developing Castonath 20 times, once the development of Castonath is 40 or more.

3.2.Black Demesne:
3.2.1.BD available: Player can gain battle mage with Acolyte Estate without giving any estate privilege.
3.2.2.BD available: Acolyte Estate can use "Monopoly on Damestear" estate privilege.

【Bulwar】
1.Jadd Empire: Player can follow the path of Jaddari through decision.
2.Rezankand: Add Estate Taxation mechanic to its government reform.
3.(Hidden Route): Provide unique mt for a special tag switch, leading the way to the Phoenix Empire.

【Alentir】
1.Precursor Relics:Copy the precursor relics event chains. Now anyone(even the local ruinborn and Alentir adventurers) can find the ancient precursor ruins through events.

2.Aelnar: Enable regular estates for Enlightened Empire reform.
2.1.The fate of Lithiel: Now anyone can decide the fate of Lithiel after the Rianvisa (which means player can marry her as other famous leader and go two routes).

3.Ameion:Taychendi/Devandi province with kheionism will be slowly Kheionized, once it's near another Kheionai culture province. This alternation is aimed to save player's time and dip points.

4.Arakeprun:Rework mission tree in a medium scale.

5.Gemradcurt
5.1.Reduce the devastration debuff of winds of winter by 20%(0.7→0.56), so that player will not achieve global devastration when updating fortess.
5.2.Hearthwards now provides +0.5 local trade goods size (The Greater version is +1), so that player has more reason to build shelters for their people.

6.Brelar:Giving -50% development cost for 60 years, to offset the "primitive nation " debuff.

【Haless-DoHA】
1.Sunrise Empire:Sun elves/sunrise elves available. Player can follow the path of Hiderion through decision.
1.1.Add assimilation cultures mechanic to Sunrise Court.

2.Lefthand path
2.1.LFP available: LFP country can Plunder the Temples now.
2.2.(Hidden route)LFP available: Add a new formable country.
2.2.1.The demon empire can gain tributes from estates every 10 years.

3.Xiaken:Add a mage estate privilege called "Xiaken Military". Give One Xia a lot of discipline at the cost of manpower and land forcelimit.

4.Bianfang
4.1.Bianfang can now "unite" with Jiangdu and gain their mission tree.
4.2.Yanification: Greatly increase the speed of yanification.

5.Jiangdu
5.1.Mission buff
5.1.1."warrior tradition" now provides +1 free mil policy.

【Forbidden Lands】
1.Orachav: Add a decision to unlock orachav estate for non-Triunic country.

【Other】
1.Economy idea group regain -20% development cost, Infrastructure idea group gain -10% development cost. This is implemented by policies, so has little compatibility problem .
2.Add some estate privileges.

其实只是给原版的任务加了一些奖励(紫色字体是加的任务),这个sub对其任务树的重做幅度特别小(只是原作者的试水,他自己玩过后觉得任务树太单调)

按这个设定肯定没问题啦,只是想吐槽一下这奖励,又是种地又是8级科技的,做完给文艺复兴...我个人玩法是早就受不了科技惩罚已经直接种得接纳了文艺复兴了。。
