HOW TO


ADOPT BY DEAD PARENTS
To be adopted by dead characters, they must have a house, and a living child. To be adopted by a dead father, you cannot already have a father, and to be adopted by a dead mother you cannot already have a mother. This is also true for the dead parent's spouse, so if you already have a mother you cannot be adopted by a dead father's spouse.

You will be presented with the option to be adopted by a character's dead parent or by both the dead parent and their spouse, and will become a member of their House.

Where both parents are dead, if they both have Houses, you can choose to be adopted by either parent in order to select which House you want to join. It is possible to join the House of the living child's mother while they are in their father's House.
