Description
This mod is intended to give modifiers and effects.

Level types are Mil-Dip-Adm repeating.

There are total of 10 levels. higher the level is harder to get and better the results.

Fixed the Balance issue, and added cash as an requirentment for levels.

Q: Wil there be more levels in future?

A: Yes, i have some ideas.


Q: Can AI get these levels?

A: Yes AI can get the levels, and ai is more likely to get the levels instead of tech if they are able.

@Asyld I personally don't mind the balance. I just found it funny that rome might take over everything. I was saying my mod is wacky and unbalanced so I didn't publish it yet.

@danzloblah13 Mod doesn't require any dlc. you can run it without and dlc. but, you won't be able to take some of the modifiers but mod will work without any problem.

How much of use it this for people without any DLCs ? (one of my friends has most of them already .. don´t need them myself :steamfacepalm: )

all issues fixed + decreased the effects and modifier buffs.

Btw just found out i made a mistake while writing the modifiers. there is a point that give -10k gold but instead of that modifier is givin 25k gold, or instead of -600 mana point +600 mana point.

2 things.
1) I've loaded this in observer mode with extended timeline from 2AD and .... Rome isn't falling... It's a super_power :'D Will update centuries later TBA

2) Seeing your progress with this mod makes me want to publish mine. It's whacky and unbalanced but... Maybe?
