Modern Borders Reborn Reborn

I have taken the liberty of updating "Modern Borders" a mod that will allow you to recreate modern borders.
Decision has been added that allows De jure settings, although only a few countries are supported yet.

This mod changes the shape of Province and adds some titles. It will allow you to create borders shaped like modern times and some periods. (e.g. WW2)
It is not a mod where the countries are placed like in the thumbnails.

現代(と第二次大戦時等幾つかの時代)の国境を再現できるようになる"Modern Borders"を勝手に更新したMODです。
まだ対応している国は少ないですが、ディシジョンで慣習的領土を設定できるようになってます。
国境を再現できるようになるもので、サムネイルのように国が配置されるものではありません。
