Luxor Bowen converted into a hot rod car for street racing.
The old V8 2carb OHV Supercharged engine was enlarged to increase output. The air scoop is positioned higher to make it more prominent. Part of the gearbox is exposed in the driver's seat.
If swapped for another old V8 engine, a flat hood without holes can be selected.
Since it is not a Restomod, the peripherals remain conventional, but an intercooler for cooling has been added. The muffler is a powerful quadruple type.
The vehicle height was lowered significantly and the tires were changed to thick racing type. The rear wheels are a combination of torsion bars and disc brakes. The stability at high speeds has been increased, but the vehicle is vulnerable to bumps, so please drive carefully.
The front seat has been changed to a bench type. Front and rear lights and rims have been selected for a heavy-duty design. Slightly darker or chrome colors would be suitable.
The modifications are few, but the Bowen is now more powerful and faster. Have fun with it.


Luxor Bowenをストリートレース向けのホットロッドカーに改造しました。
旧来のV8 2carb OHV Superchargedエンジンを大型化し出力アップ。エアスクープをより目立つように高めの位置に配置しました。運転席内にギアボックスの一部が露出します。
他の旧型V8エンジンへのスワップすれば、ボンネットはフラットな穴なしタイプも使用できます。
Restomodではないので周辺機器は従来のままですが、冷却用のインタークーラーを追加。マフラーは迫力のある４連タイプにしました。
車高を大幅に低くし、タイヤは太いレーシングタイプに変更。後輪はトーションバーとディスクブレーキの組み合わせです。高速走行での安定性は増しましたが、段差には弱いので慎重に運転してください。
前部座席はベンチ式に変更。前後のライトやリムは重厚感のあるデザインを選択しました。やや暗めのカラーやクロームカラーが似合うと思います。
改造箇所は少なめですが、より力強く速くなったBowenです。楽しんでください。
