Opposite Thief and Steady Arm Unlock and Crafting

Description
Made because I wasn't able to find a mod that added both the arms and the ability to craft them. Seemed to be one or the other. Features listed below:

Added the Thief's Arm (left) and Steady Arm (right) into the world alongside their counterparts (same artifacts/vendors lists)

Added the ability to craft both Thief's Arms, and both Steady Arms.
The researches for both are inline with other advanced limb crafting researches at Tech 6.
-Dexterous Arms: 2 AI cores
-Stabilised Arms: 2 AI cores

Tweaked the descriptions of all limb replacements to account for them being craftable, and not exclusively found as relics of a bygone era, while preserving interesting lore/details - usually by referring to the origin of the design, instead of directly inferring previous ownership.

Example description text of a Skeleton Arm:
A common skeleton arm. Though a few thousand years old, those that have survived in good condition can be more dexterous than human hands.
- replaced with -
A common Skeleton arm. The originals can be over a few thousand years old. A well made, or well kept arm can be more dexterous than their organic counterparts.

-Removes the inference that their only origin is being scavenged from other Skeletons
-Opens the possibility that it has been crafted, while retaining the originally inferred origin
-Allows for non-human limb recipients also increasing their dexterity

Example description text of Steady Arm:
A well maintained piece of machinery, this arm has been carefully customised and upgraded by its previous owner. The motor seems like a completely different unit and there's some kind of AI thralled into a feedback unit that provides adaptive stabilisation.
- replaced with -
A well maintained piece of machinery, this arm has been customised and upgraded with an extra motor. It's attached to an AI thralled feedback unit that provides adaptive stabilisation.

-Removes implication of previous owner
-Removes ambiguity behind design/operation - if a player character constructs it, they should know how it works (to better extent provided by original description)

Originally I had only intended to do those text edits to the Thief/Steady Arms, but noticed on review that most/all of the replacement limbs are worded to some extent that implies they are only found, not constructed (in the current time period). Hopefully none of it is too offensive, but I felt it added to the realism.

Thanks for finding, I'll fix that when I get a few minutes spare.

Minor bug detected - for female models Steady Arm Right uses "Replacement Tough Arm-R.mesh" instead of "Replacement Tough Arm-R_F.mesh", resulting in wierd visual.
Correction appreciated.

Working well in other aspects, confirming.

I can confirm I was able to get one after restock without importing, much appreciated!

@SteelBlood - I'm not certain, but I'll lean towards no. I would assume they should show up normally after a shop reset/restock.
If you wanted to have a chance of finding them in the wild as loot, you will probably need to import. I'm not sure if Kenshi generates loot on game start/creation, or if it generates when the area is loaded for the first time.

Does this require an import to be added to shops? Also thanks exactly what I was looking for!
