Astolfo Ruler Mod

This Mod adds a simple decision allowing you to get Astolfo as an Ruler for any Nation.

The decision fires an event after 1 day which allows you to choose either
1.Astolfo as Ruler with Sieg as Consort (This decision changes any Nation without permanent rulers or Consorts into a Monarchy)
2.Astolfo as Ruler ( This changes any Nation without a permanent ruler into a Monarchy)
3. Astolfo as Ruler ( This doesn't change the Government Type)
4. Sieg as Ruler and Astolfo as consort (This decision changes any Nation without permanent rulers or Consorts into a Monarchy)
5. Only Astolfo as consort(This decision changes any Nation without permanent rulers or Consorts into a Monarchy)
6. just close it (This changes nothing)

Astolfo is an English 6/6/6 Ruler with fertile and righteous as traits, Righteous however gets replaced by Femboy if using the Femboy Personality mod!
Sieg is an Romanian Immortal 6/6/6 Consort
