Attention! For the mod there is a serious addition "Hardened Corps", if you want to increase the strength of the fleets in the game (especially at the late stage of the game), then the link to the mod is here:

The mod introduces:

* 5 technologies from the social research category with the effect of +2% ship hull points, ONLY for non-gestalt.
* 1 technology with the effect of +5% to ship hull points, Psionically Ascended Empire ONLY.
* 1 REPEATABLE technology from the social research category with the effect of +1% ship hull points

I've definitely played this game a lot, but I don't seem to have played much multiplayer, except maybe on the local network.
