Custom Nations adds tonf of new tags with custom ideas (sometime op, sometimes not) like French, German and Italian Republic, but also Greek and Turkish, Scandinavian nations with new tags and flags...
It adds new religions... Ideologies: liberalism, capitalism, socialism, social-democracy, personalism, each with pros and cons.
It adds the European Union: HRE can still work as it always does, but now if you start in a date when there is no HRE or in a game where it has never been around, you can found the European Union!
Also, there is a destructive new Diplomatic Action: Atomic bomb!
There is a custom event for India: unless its cultures are accepted, at the right moment it will break free and unify under one flag!
There are tons of micro changes, for example number of diplomats, coring cost, monarch power limits; all of this is found in the custom Defines file and in Common folder.
