Description
1. Strengthen the Horde, speed up the replenishment of Horde fleets, and the Great Khan's fleet can replenish ships as long as the flagship exists 【supports Marauder Expanded: Dwamak Editions】.


2. Shorten the waiting time for the rise of the Hordes( adjust with default country fleets strength) and increase the probability of rising chance, up to three Great Khans can appear from mid game time to 10 years after end game time (with 5-25 years cool down), each khan will stronger than the previous one.


3. The hordes(except the third Khan) are no longer hostile to Fallen Empire or other marauders(Prevent marauder countries got killed on fallen empire's border ).

It was a bit humorous to see the Khan come in with the group right next to the Xenophobe Fallen Empire...their only way out was to put a base down right next to the hyperlane that led into the Fallen Empire's space. For once I didn't have to take care of the Khan. I would make an exception for the Xenophobe Fallen Empire as it will be hostile to the Khan under that circumstance. That one time was a couple of years ago... still it was something to see.

really good for a Great Khan invasion.

Say is there a mod that makes Privateers/Pirate Bases into Marauders if they are left alone for too long?
