GBR Monuments

Description
Fourth pass! New monument, Colonial Office, plus a significant rebalance of the various monuments.

As it says on the tin, this mod adds several monuments to Great Britain primarily focused around England for the moment. Each monument has various modifiers and upgrade rewards, which can be seen from the screenshots. Most importantly, this mod is made with all expansions, so there may be issues if you're missing any - but if you don't have Rule Britannia, this likely won't work.

The eight monuments present are:
Oxford University
Cambridge University
(British) Admiralty
Royal Exchange
Sandhurst Royal Military Academy
Portsmouth Royal Dockyard
Westminster Abbey
Windsor Castle
Colonial Office

These are just a first pass and I do expect to add at least one or two more in the future, so do feel free to make suggestions. To get the full adviser experience, this mod REQUIRES Advisers Expanded.

There is also a slight modification to the ENG/GBR mission tree, primarily on "Renovate Oxbridge" - having both monuments at level 3, or having a university and 30 development, will unlock the reward "Finest Minds of Britain" granting -5% all power costs and 1 free policy. Channel Monopoly also gives a permanent reward modifier.

I hope to add some custom missions to slot into the mod to add more permanent modifiers down the line in a similar vein as the Flavor Universalis mod. As a bonus, this mod is also compatible with that mod.

That being said, do enjoy what's there so far!

Will you update to newest version and make it usable as anglos culture ?

@One_4lph4 - There is, it's very easy! Just go into the downloaded mod file and find the missions folder in the main files, then simply delete it and you're good to go.

This mod clashes with Road to Revived history, I believe it has something to do with the missions as it overrides RRH missions, Is there anyway to disable the missions for this mod?

@Thaeus01 Does extended timeline add any provinces? If not, should be fine - but it'll probably override my mission tree change.

Some monuments might not show up because they're set up with their historical creation date (ie. Portsmouth Dockyard in 1194) or 1444 to make sure they show up in a normal game. All you'd need to do is go into the monuments file and edit the "date=" under "date built in real life" to before whatever your start date is.

Hey hey arranrp! The monuments should work without a hitch for the expanded missions, but the changes to the mission tree for GBR won't carry through since ME will either override or conflict with mine so you won't get the power cost reward or the permanent trade bonus down the line. Hope that helps!
