NCTribit's Synthetic Thrifty

Robots and Synthetics in normal empires (not hive or machine mind) now have the "Thrifty" trait available, in the form of "Economic Algorithms", which grants the same trade value bonus as the biological species trait.

- Original (vanilla) files are not affected.
