Featuring a motorpool in the back, radio dish for long range communication, and a nice picnic table for 'coffee and contemplation'. Come visit Chief Hopper - a man who will straight up punch state troopers in the face if it means he can help his citizens!

Bonus points if you can spot the hidden 'torch of liberty and enlightenment'!
