Description
The most (in)famous house in East Van

Textures aren't perfect but neither is the IRL Vancouver Special. Enjoy the short, boxy, stucco-full shades of beige.

1x2 asset on a 1x4 lot which is to scale for lot sizes in Vancouver BC Canada. They don't have any props as I like to detail yards myself.
