UPDATED to 0.88.1.2 v

This mod adds new resources, items, devices, vehicles, researches. ALPHA STATE
New resource deposits: Water, Sulfur, Clay, Bauxite, Crude Oil.
New industry researches and branches: Iron casting, agriculture, food production, aluminum production, oil processing, engineering.
New devices and warehouses. (Special storages for wood products/ores etc.)
Tier 2 short (12 m) railcars (idk why, but yes) and Tier 3 (20 m) railcars.
MONORAIL with 2 trains, passenger and freight.
New stores.
Tier 2 mines (faster and bigger).

Large mines are expensive and endless (don't need deposit).

IN FUTURE:
- More stores for visual varieties.
- MagLev.
- Tier 2 and Large mines for all resources.
- Tier 2 devices (Bigger and faster).
