A mod adding decisions allowing Emperor of China to sinicize the following cultures into chinese group:
Jurchen
Altaic (Mongol, Oirats, Korchin and Khalkha only)
Vitnamese
Tibetan
Korean
Every culture listed above have ability to sinicize itself into chinese culture group in vanilla, so this is just a mod for convenience with a little penalty.

Upon passing the decision:
change your primary culture and ruling family's culture to the sinicized one if your primary culture was sinicized.
culture of all target provinces will be sinicized into chinese group.
every sinicized province receive +2 unrest and -10% tax modifier for 5 years
disloyal vassals with its primary culture sinicized will have +10% liberty desire for 5 years.
