Lvl 200 Heroes and Lvl 100 Troops

Description
Mod I made for myself. Changes the hero level cap to 200 and Troop level cap to 100. Lowers amount of XP to level up to 1/5.

Note: That mod has 1/2 XP to lvl and caravans always succeeding (That's what it translated to... I don't actually fully know if the caravan thing did anything)

Hey, great mod so far. But is it possible to give the Swordmasters (Selene´s special troops) a level cap increase too?? They´re still only able to geet to lvl 20.
