Joshua Green Building
The Joshua Green Building, an iconic building in the heart of downtown Seattle, was built in 1913 and designed by architect John Graham, Sr. It was named after Joshua Green, a leader in Seattle's shipping and banking industries.

Still owned and managed by the Joshua Green Corporation, the building underwent major renovations in 2008–2009.

This asset was commissioned by nicocn383 for his fictional city of Strathcona based on a mix of Seattle, WA and Vancouver, B.C. Essentially a rainy and green North American city on the Pacific coast.

Removeable signs
If you want to remove the shop signs all you have to do is rename the plopped building in game. To get them back just delete the custom name.

Footprint
5 x 5 Units
Geometry
36K tris, 58 tris LOD
Textures
2048 x 2048, LOD 128 x 128

The asset can be found in the 'Unique Buildings' tab.

RICO
Included with this asset is RICO compatibility which allows the building to function as a large office. If you subscribe to the Ploppable Rico Revisited mod this asset will appear in the RICO 'Offices' tab.

I've tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.

Please try this asset out and if there are any problems let me know in the comments below.

My Mom worked in this building from 1951-1975 and I walked past it every day to work from 1991-1996. Great job.

@ApollonDriver I recommend you try it out and see whether it slows down your city. The tri count, surprisingly, doesn't have such a big effect on gameplay as generally thought.

36k tris... I mean it looks pretty good but man, don't you think you have gone a bit too much on the details lol
