Star Trek: Romulan Shipset
Stellaris 3.12.1 compatible


Description
This standalone shipset uses content from Star Trek: New Civilisations. It is intended to be used with vanilla Stellaris and should not be run alongside STNC, which already has this content. See STNC for more information.

Ships:
Corvette - Lanora and Tiercel Classes
Destroyer - T'liss, T'varo and T'Kela Classes
Cruiser - Ralek and D'raliel Classes
Battleship - Mogai Class (and Valdore refit)
Titan - D'Deridex Class
Colossus/Juggernaut - Scimitar Class

Firstly, this and Walshicus' other shipsets are from his Star Trek complete overhaul: Star Trek New Civilizations.

Secondly, you should not be using any other mods with complete overhauls (which is what Star Trek New Horizons is) unless those other mods were created for that complete overhaul.

Oh hey, which of the shipsets already present are likely to get revisited in the near future for tweaks/fixes/swapping out or adding of other ship models?

huzzah~!

Started a run with it, and am having fun RPing as the Romulans. Now I just await the day the Romulan Shipset gets revisted for some updates (still wish the D'Deridex was the Battleship, plus the TOS destroyers feel out of place. Keeping the set all TNG+ era ships would be very fitting)

I do indeed, but am willing to wait til these update with the icons. I've attempted a few of the emblem packs before and found some just don't like to work. So easier to wait for these to get them like the Ferengi, Starfleet, Betazoid, and Cardassian shipsets have them.

Do you mean the flag emblems? There's several other mods out there that add them that you can get. I personally use the Star Trek Emblem Pack by Swiss Knight. Don't let the fact that it hasn't been updated since 2016 dissuade you, flags will almost never get broken.. it's one of the few things that have never been touched in some way since the game released!

I saw this was updated and was hoping the Romulan Star Empire icon and the icons for the other civs were in the update!

Was sad to see they were not, but remain hopeful they will be soon~!

Probably not going to make any lineup changes until I've had a chance to upgrade some of the other Romulan ships in STNC to the quality needed.
