More Crisis and FE Ships (3.2)

Description
Personal update of the More Crisis and FE Ships mod from Red-Eyed_Fairace and Ajey.

Features:

Fallen Empires now start 3 fleets of 6 Titans, 48 Cruisers, and 108 Escorts. Additionally, Fallen Empire ships have 2x the hullpoints compared to vanilla. This brings fleet power to between 2 and 3 million. Using ESC or ACOT overrides will bring fleet power to 7+ million.

Crisis fleets have 4x to 6x more ships compared to vanilla. At Ensign and 1x Crisis Strength, crises will spawn with 1-2 million fleet power. At 5x Crisis Strength this goes up to 5 to 10 million. Using ESC and ACOT overrides will pump fleet power to insane numbers.

This mod can modify the number of crisis fleets or only modify the fleet power?

OK, I had a look at my own code, lol. I forgot that I overwrite Extradimensional reinforcements events to fix them spawning at random portals. Even though this was fixed in 3.2 I still keep overwrite as I made it a reinforcements compatibility patch between ACOT Override and Aesthetic Cinematic Gameplay. Feel free to overwrite, not a biggie either way.

FYI ACE does not overwrite vanilla events. It uses own events to add ships to existing fleets. What you see in the files are duplicates for Aberrant and Vehemet spawns as originals cannot be fired directly due to prohibitive triggers, those duplicates are used only if you use ACE Crisis Manager to spawn those two factions.

Looking through ACE right now. I think some of the same event IDs are overwritten. Nothing game breaking but working on full compatibility and patches today
