Mantle Rework

This mod touches up a number of features related to the various sources of Holy Mantle-like effects in the base game.

The exact changes this mod makes are:

• Different sources of Mantle effects now have unique sprites on the health bar.
  
• Wooden Cross and Holy Card no longer interfere with each other -- if you have the trinket and use a card, they will now stack to two shields. This is also true of Holy Mantle and Dogma.
  
• The order in which Mantle effects break has been changed to be more useful and intuitive, where the more renewable effects break before the one-use effects. Specifically, this new order is Holy Mantle, then Blanket, then Dogma, then Wooden Cross, then Holy Card.
  
• Wooden Cross now works with trinket multipliers. This means that a golden cross, or a cross while holding Mom's Box, will provide two shields per floor instead of one.

All points but the first can be disabled using Mod Config Menu. This makes the mod entirely hands-off with the gameplay, making it certified Purist Friendly™.

This mod will work in two-player multiplayer, but won't in games with three or more players because I wasn't able to test that myself.
