Weapon & Armour Smith Recruits

Description
A quick mod I threw together to add weapon & armour smith recruits to the game, to save time spent grinding levels.

The mod adds 5 new recruits covering all races
Forj - SHEK - Located at ADMAG
Pal - GREENLANDER - Located at THE HUB
Psy - SCORCHLANDER - Located at SHO-BATTAI
Swindle - HIVE (PRINCE) - Located at SHARK
Tomei - SKELETON (P4) - Located at BLACK DESERT CITY

*Mod does not account for changed world states*

All are recruitable for a sum of 50,000 Cats.
- Weapon Skill 70 able to make Edge Type 1 Weapons
- Armour Skill 80 able to make Specialist Armour.

Excluding the Skeleton, they can be identifed by a red bandana they are all wearing. They will all be walking around town or in one of the town bars.

Just want to say thanks. I didn't even know what this mod did since it was in a collection but I found Forj just by wandering. She stood out with the dialogue options and the ability to up or lower Tech Hunters relationship by 10 seemed OP. Accidentally recruited her but I'll let it happen. At least I can get straight to making armor and weapons without grinding lol.

This guy with the Chinese translation, if you're gonna just use Google translate and copy paste without proof reading or fixing translation errors why even bother?

Damn, i thought they also have a 70 in making crossbows. Oh well, guess i'll be telling Psy to make Toothpicks Bolts in his spare time.

一个快速的模块，我把史密斯的武器和盔甲新兵加入到游戏中，以节省磨关卡的时间。

国防部增加了覆盖所有种族的5名新兵

-盔甲技能80可以制作专业盔甲。

除了骨架之外，他们都穿着红色的大手帕。他们都会在镇上或镇上的酒吧里散步。

@Swanky @RICEdealer I've checked and Forj is there, make sure to check inside all the bars as they'll often find a seat and stay there. Also, they'll only be there under the default game world states.
