BABA Flags

Another graphical mod that replaces or modifies some of the original flags in EU4.

Some of these "new" flags are just slightly reworked or repositioned versions of the original ones. In case of replacements, I tried to use historically more accurate flags, banners or coats of arms, but in some cases the new flags are just better looking versions (at least in my opinion) and not historically accurate at all.

For some tags I created alternative flag options. You can find these files together with a .png-file in the mod folder under:

Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > workshop > content > 285920 > 2652478706 > gfx > flags > alternativeflags

Just swap the .tga file of the tag you wanna change.

Some of the flags may not work properly with mods that replace the flag shield textures (e.g. banner mods) because the new flags are made for the original EU4 shield template. Especially the following may not be displayed correctly:

Bosnia, Burgundy, Frankfurt, Granada, Palatinate, Savoy, Strasbourg

There shouldn't be any issues with ironman mode or any upcoming version of the game.
