The Savoy-Plaza Hotel

Description
The Savoy-Plaza Hotel was built in 1927 at the corner of 5th Avenue and East 59th Street in Manhattan, New York City. Designed by McKim, Mead & White, the 33-story building overlooking Central Park replaced the original Savoy Hotel. In the end it would only last 38 years as the Hotel was demolished despite public protests in 1965 and replaced by the General Motors Building.

I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))

This is a must-have asset for me. II usually pair it with the Versailles park. Have you ever thought of modelling the Dakota on Central Park West?
