Adds 514 different flag symbols taken from the flags of the Hearts of Iron 4 mod Equestria at War and its submods Balefire Blues and Every State Independent - Equestria at War and Cutie Marks of My Little Pony characters taken from this post ( https://derpibooru.org/images/2092012 ) by cheezedoodle96.

The flags are split by continent, and further split into numbers because PDX can't add a damn scrollbar to the flag selector. But i have played with two other ones in the past before making my own. Personally the problem with the other ones were the use of canon characters as is for generic ponies ingame, which i tried to adress by using color/hair/attachment logic with recolors of each character.

And if I want to put ponies as the race to choose, which full mod would be better?

@halm1991 Mod works fine in the latest version, it just adds flags. Update changed nothing related to that. Just because the launcher says it is outdated doesn't mean it is.

@星尘荧荧 Thanks, i've pushed an update that includes it and a few new icons. Also added placeholder loc for other languages so it'll show English loc instead of loc keys for them instead.

@星尘荧荧 There isn't much to translate in the mod. Just the flag categories, which consist on mod name and continents for EaW one. The existing Russian Translation only translates the Continent names, mod names are still in English/Latin. You can just put the translation here, there's only 15 strings in total. I can add it next time i update the mod.
