解説
解説
日本住宅公団などが建設した集合住宅です。主に低層から中層の集合住宅を収録しています。1955年から使用できます。
内容
  • 板状住棟 #1/#2 - 最も多く存在するタイプの住棟です。
  • 塔状住棟 #1 - その形状からスターハウスと呼ばれている住棟です。近年建て替えなどで姿を消しています。
  • 高層住棟 #1 - 容積率を活用するためにエレベーターを使用し高層化が図られた住棟です。このタイプは建設費を抑えるためエレベーターが複数階を通過するため、スキップフロアと呼ばれています。
今後の予定
Vol.2では、高層団地の代名詞、高島平団地にある高層住棟に焦点を置いたセットを実装する予定です。

Hmmm. Anyway, if you disable the mod after loading the game, the building of this mod will disappear, but you can start it.

At the beginning, when I want to load my game, there is a red triangle in front of the mod where it says the mod is not installed

i can not start my save game .. the game whrite can not start the game it´s not installet. but i have installet this mod. please help me

I'll confess that it's hard to tell from the outside, and the file gets complicated if you make separate floors for those with elevators and those without.
