Lifts things menacingly

This mod literally broke me mentally

So, I made a crane, because Kyle made me do it (thank you Kyle!)

This is based off of the prototype Cowans Sheldon 30T Crane. I have tried to be as accurate as possible, however there were very few official drawings or photos of certain parts of the model, so educated guesses were used.

Features
Fully animated rail vehicle. Crane moves at station stops, depending on platform side.
Fully animated rail asset, animations are semi-randomised.
Recolourable (rail vehicle)
Dirt and rust effects (rail vehicle)

Things I wanted to add but were not possible/feasible
The ability to load cargo via the crane.
Smoke to come out of the chimney, but only when it animates.
Chuff chuff sound effect when it animates
Additional texture details I did not have the skills to pull off

If anyone wants to try add these things, go ahead. Repaints welcome too.

Speaking of paint, the livery for the crane is YELLOW. That is all.

Sold: I'll have the contracts & furniture department place an order in for several of these for the Canadian Isles Transport Corporation(CITC in short). We need them for completing several projects. Can we get them in red and white livery please?

Steve, you have a habit of not adding couplings to certain things, Like Henry, Great Bear, and well... The crane... Can we get some fixes for those and anything else missing a coupler (hook and chain) please?
