Mod Tutorial: The Gunpowder Shop

Description
"Hey there Cat, you looking to stock up on some explosive items? Well Gary Powderman's the name and bomb-making is my game. I have the best gunpowder sticks in Chinatown and get a fresh supply every 3 weeks! Just don't go telling no coppers now, you hear."

Along with being a fully playable mod, this mod code acts as a step by step modding tutorial that teaches a modder how to:
1. Set up a character to spawn
2. Create a world event that will spawn the character
3. Add a shop to the character
4. Create a unique behaviour on the character

This mod showcases some key techniques for writing scripts in Empire of Sin.

Not sure you're looking in the right place? The Character spawned in Chinatown is a man that's selling explosives.

Where is the itemid list? I used to found it in Empire of Sin\EmpireOfSin_Data\StreamingAssets\GameData_Win64~\Lua\Scripts\DataSheets
WeaponRanges.lua on previous version but it's not there anymore. it's look like you changed the files and not update your wiki page yet.

Please make it like Europa Universalis mod wiki pages (well, they make a mini internet on their pages, so just have 50% like it is good enough).
