We all remember that eu is not about historical accuracy, right?
Have you ever played some micro tag in europe and wonder: "I'm already controlling half of the HRE, why i can't have monuments like French ones... Am i not great enough? If only there was a way to build one..."
And here it is!
The decision is available if you or your vassal have no monuments in your provinces and if you control at least 4 provinces (also only if there are still left any to build). If you are playing nation which start with monument or you taken one from somebody else before enacting decision, then no fun for you, so keep an eye on it.
Every monument tooks 10 in-game years to complete and a fixed cost of 2500 ducats for any. Some monuments start at level 0, some at level 3. Some monuments is better than others, but, since ai will also build them, sometimes you will have choice between the ones you don't like, so competitive gameplay i guess. Some will spawn in random provinces with your culture/accepted culture, some will spawn in your capital. If a province with construction in progress changes it's owner through war or smth, then monument gets bamboozled and disappears back into available for building pool.

Monuments use default images like versailles and some names may be cringe, but i initially planned that they will also take their province or country name (like Munchen Ministry of War Planning etc), but unfortunately this is not possible.

To prevent some issues only 1 person at a time can choose monument (aka only 1 ongoing event per world). If you play singleplayer you won't even notice that.

Known bug: Province with expelling minorities may be targeted by event, but monuments won't spawn there, making it a 2500 ducats waste. There will be no fix since "province_getting_expelled_minority" condition is the only way to track this and it's broken, so keep an eye on it.

Should be compatible with any other mod, at least i tried to make it so.
Only "English" localisation is included except i cloned same thing to the french, german and spanish languages so ones who use them will see english text instead of "MISSING LOCALIZATION" strings.

Last I checked its kinda workable with ET and shouldn't overwrite anything, but is kinda weird with the tech requirements because ET does weird stuff with that.

@Vojvoda Racic I can't tell exactly since i qit eu4, but this should still work since i only was adding new things which should be parallel to anything already existing in the game. The only thing that can break with updates is if they change something in commands i used, but this seems unlikely
