Casus Belli - Demand Religious Conversion

Have you ever wanted to spread your religion without blobbing?

Playing tall as a King but still want to spread your religion?

This new casus belli uses the same rules as a minor Holy War where you can attack a county and if you win, the ruler of the county will be converted to your faith. No land will be seized upon the peace deal.

The CB is valid only on counties where the defender is of a different faith/religion group and within diplomatic range.

It works the same as other Holy Wars where the defenders of the same faith can help and the county holders liege can also defend.

This allows you to spread your religion in other lands without actually taking the land.

Declaring war costs piety depending on who the target is to make it more balanced.

The cost takes into account:

- Devotion level of the county owner, a county owner more devoted to his faith will increase the cost
- Rank of the county owner (count, duke, king etc.)
- If the owner is top liege, declaring on an emperor, king, independent ruler etc. costs more than one of his vassals

This allows you to declare war on higher titles like emperor which may convert their vassals, but for a higher piety cost.
