Find the steamapps folder on the disk you installed the game into and use the search bar to look for "Neville".
Right click -> "open file location". You will see all the modded images.
Select all of the images and copy them into the "anim" folder.
Now use a Renamer program or manually add " _0 " (underscore zero) to the end of each filename. This stops the flashing but also stops them from blinking.
Not sure if you're still interested in updating this, but as an FYI you can overwrite blink frames by placing the new files in an anim folder and then appending the animation frame number to the end. Since all the blink animations are only a single frame, this just means adding "_0" to the end of their names.
So for example:
Neville Base file: elements/neville_a.png
Neville Blink file: elements/anim/neville_a_0.png
Specifically downloaded this mod, and unless it's not working as intended and I haven't noticed everything seems fine. The only thing that doesn't work for me is because I have more followers modded in, so naturally their colors are off. Speaking of, it would be cool if this was compatible with the other followers mods out there.
Any chance there might be a compatibility patch for superjw2's Followers mod? I attempted recoloring myself and some of them were fairly easy to get close to your colors, but others were impossible for me.
