~ Historical info:

Set in the early morning of June the 13th 1944 one week after the Normandy Landings. The British attempt to improve their position by exploiting a gap in the German defences west of the city of Caen. Realising this gap the Germans send out the 101st SS Heavy Panzer Battalion.

What the allies don't know is that they will face the infamous Tiger tank for the first time in Normandy.

~ Map Info:

Villers Bocage is my second custom map for Post Scriptum. I've tried to carefully recreated the city from aerial reconnaissance photo's and maps.

Infantry:
You will fight through the infamous Normandy hedgerows, swamps, forests, small towns, farms and the main city. Expect close-quarters combat and long range firefights.

Armor:
Tank crews will find this map interesting as certain positions will overview entire valleys, but moving towards those positions can be dangerous. Use the hedgerows to your adventage and communicate with the squadleaders.

Logistics:
Your job will win or lose the fight. Use the heights to your advantage and make sure to ambush the enemy tanks. A well placed FOB will supply the cap zones with men power.
