Custom portrait/idol 'Emi' - 3 skin colors

Adds a custom idol portrait with unique hairstyles, based on existing base assets, with 3 possible skin colors.

Version: Emi. Based on default idol portrait 11.

Doesn't replace the default idols.

- Several unique hairstyles in different colors
- Default oufits + recolors of them
- Several recolored accessoires

Note: In auditions, only 'natural' hair colors will appear. The colored ones, like pink/blue/green/purple can be dyed by a stylist.
