Changes certain bosses into humanoid monster girls, also gives them hair because hair is nice.
Just a fun thing I thought of doing while grinding out unlocks

This mod does not conform to any of Isaac's lore (as it wasn't obvious enough). None of the characters presented are children nor Isaac nor Isaac's imagination, It is me reinterpreting the game itself. Please do not view this mod through the story lens of Isaac's dying imagination, that is not what this is. As I said before

Boss sprites are now toggleable with Mod Config Menu, more options would come soon with updates and could let me modify animations worry free from compatibility issues. Might be buggy from coding it myself though so please report bugs you get from it
Idfk how to touch the vs screen portraits though so the portraits are untoggleable, if someone knows how to change them pls tell me

Disable all mods except for this one and redownload it before posting a bug
Feel free to make a lua-less copy of this if you find the config version too buggy and still remove certain sprites you don't like, just dont reupload it somewhere.
