Use client cvar "simf_firstpersonsounds_enabled" to change modes:

"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

After changing the mode you need to restart the map or reconnect.

how do I spawn it? Theirs no Spawn button.
The stock DeLorean can be spawned but not the Time machine one.
Why isn't it possible?
