Description
This mod adds in 13 new heroes and guilds and 11 new buildings for use in Freestyle & Northern Expansion Quests. Some of these you may have seen if you've played some of my custom quests, others are brand new. (More to be added as time goes on!)

New Heroes And Guilds Added By This Mod:
(available for Level 2+ palace)
  1. Dark Paladin's Domain - Guild
    • Dark Paladin - Hero - Strong Paladin that renounced Dauros and now fights using dark arts.
    • Has no regard for allies; powerful AoE spells can hit anyone nearby.
  2. Mother Agrela's Conservatory - Guild
    • Cultist Healer - Hero - Cultist that has a mix of Agrela/Fervus spells.
    • Can charm animals and also heal allies.
  3. Necromancer's Abode - Guild
    • Necromancer - Hero - Sorcerer that casts undead and dark magic spells.
    • Can summon undead followers to aid in battle.
  4. Temple of the Flame - Guild
    • Fire Witch - Hero - Pyromaniac sorceress who casts powerful spells once leveled up.
    • All spells are fire-based, including some custom spells.
  5. Temple of the Green - Guild
    • Wild Monk - Hero - Monk that has a mix of Dauros/Fervus spells.
    • Can charm animals, fights using traditional monk attacks.
  6. Lightning Lord's Shrine - Guild
    • Lightning Lord - Hero - Melee fighter that uses Lightning-based spells in combat.
    • Has powerful Chain Lightning spell at higher levels that devastates large groups of enemies.
  7. Dragoncaller's Sanctuary - Guild
    • Dragoncaller - Hero - Strong melee fighter that worships a Dragon god.
    • Can summon dragon allies to aid in battle.
  8. Assassin Hideout - Guild
    • Assassin - Hero - Strong but fragile ranged attacker that can hit targets from long range.
    • Has stealth ability to sneak up on or away from enemies.
  9. Angelic Gateway - Guild
    • Spirit Shrine - Required Building - You must construct 3 Spirit Shrines to enable building of Angelic Gateways.
    • Fallen Angel - Hero - Extremely strong being from another dimension
    • Casts powerful spells to pair with high health and combat prowess
  10. Tavern - Guild
    • Minstrel - Hero - Support hero that buffs allies and boosts morale on the battlefield.
    • Will follow and support most hero types
    • Buffs can affect all nearby friendly heroes
  11. Labyrinth - Guild
    • Shapeshifter - Hero - Mysterious creature that can transform into any living thing.
    • Will transform in combat based on nearby heroes and monster
    • Absorbs their chosen form's stats, spells, abilities, etc.
    • Transformation is temporary and will revert to base form after a period
  12. Mystic's Keep - Guild
    • Mystic - Hero - Magical heroes that learn random spells at birth
    • Learns 3 random spells from pool of all base game spells (including boss monsters)
    • Each Mystic learns different set of spells
  13. Time Sphere - Guild
    • Timewalker - Hero - Powerful being of unknown origin that can bend space and time
    • Can freeze nearby enemies and warp space to damage them
    • At high levels can summon random allies from other dimensions

New Buildings Added By This Mod:
  1. Mining Camp
    • Prerequisites: Requires a Dwarven Settlement
    • Used By: Dwarves
    • Features: Dwarves may go mining here to improve their strength and gain gold.
  2. Otherworldly Portal
    • Prerequisites: Requires a Level 2+ Palace
    • Used By: Most Heroes
    • Features: Heroes may visit to encounter another world and return with gold, new items, new spells, new pets, or be confronted by portal raiders.
  3. Archery Range
    • Prerequisites: None
    • Used By: Ranged Heroes
    • Features: Heroes may train here to improve their ranged attack. Small chance to learn new ranged attack.
  4. Training Grounds
    • Prerequisites: None
    • Used By: Melee Heroes
    • Features: Heroes may train here to improve their melee attack and defensive skills. Small chance to learn new melee attack.
  5. Sorcery School
    • Prerequisites: Requires a Library
    • Used By: Intelligent Heroes
    • Features: Heroes may study here to improve their intelligence and learn new spells.
  6. Farmhouse
    • Prerequisites: None
    • Used By: Most Heroes
    • Features: Heroes may work here to improve their vitality. Spawns caravans for markets. Small chance to spawn wild animals.
  7. Castle
    • Prerequisites: Requires a Level 2+ Palace
    • Used By: City Guards
    • Features: Houses 5 city guards to help protect your kingdom.
  8. Workshop
    • Prerequisites: None
    • Used By: Peasants
    • Features: Houses 3 peasants to help construct and repair buildings.
  9. Fortified Castle
    • Prerequisites: Upgrades from a Castle
    • Used By: Elite Guards, Elite Archers
    • Features: Houses 8 in total of Elite Guards and Elite Archers to help protect your kingdom. Fires arrows at nearby enemies.
  10. Looted Temple
    • Prerequisites: None
    • Used By: Stealthy Heroes (High Artifice)
    • Features: Heroes may search inside for rare items and gold with a small chance to find something. Chance to spawn skeleton attackers.
  11. Cryptozoologist Enclosure
    • Prerequisites: Requites a Level 2+ Palace
    • Features: Summons random monster allies of any type to join your forces for a price. Functions similarly to the Embassy.

New Characters Added By This Mod:
  1. Elite Guard
    • Produced By: Fortified Castle
    • Description: Stronger than veteran guards, melee attacker, helps protect kingdom
  2. Elite Archer
    • Produced By: Fortified Castle
    • Description: Ranged attacker, helps protect kingdom

How To Play With This Mod Enabled:
  1. Click the "Subscribe" button.
  2. The mod should automatically download, but if it does not, go to Library -> Downloads, and find "Majesty Gold HD - Workshop Content". Click the icon next to the file and select to download immediately.
  3. Once you have downloaded it, launch Majesty Gold HD.
  4. When you are at the main screen, select "Change Mods" in the lower lefthand part of the screen.
  5. Choose "More Buildings + More Heroes" from the left pane under Available and click the "Add" button.
  6. You should see "More Buildings + More Heroes" appear in the right pane under Active. Click "OK".
  7. You are now good to go! Enter into a quest and enjoy!
  8. Note that you can click "Deactivate Mods" to disable all mods, or "Remove" to disable a specific mod.

okay, 1 hour later, i've fixed it, for some reason i had to compile it in the sdk folder, maybe i was messing up setting that projgpl or whatever, anyhow, no more crappy tints to ruin my game, with the immersion breaking tints gone this mod is a masterpiece, kudos to you for bringing it to us :D.

yeah that's not exactly helping, i don't need anyone' permission to edit stuff on my own hard drive, and i had already tried to edit the code before posting, i found the basic_birth and edited the code in updated_functions but then i tried to recompile it into a new mbmh.bcd but i miserably, i put gplbcc.exe in the data folder where updated_functions are in the workshop folder but i didn't get any output, i'm pretty sure i'm doing something wrong, the code should correct though, i basically just removed anything that was assigning the tints to basically anything but no dice on recompiling the bcd cuz i suck.

@Powerhouse - the buildings can only be shaded red, green, gray or "normal" along with various opacity. There's nothing else possible. I put them as different colors to differentiate them from the original buildings. I won't be creating a separate version with different colors but you are welcome to edit the code yourself as you see fit to change things on your own downloaded version.

can there be a version of this mod where the buildings aren't colored green or red but instead they have shades of colors that feels more natural? i really wanna try this mod but the unnatural colors is a complete immersion-deal breaker

@VikesRule - alrighty thank you. I was just making sure. And I'll try them both together and see what happens. But thank you for your reply and your work on the mods. :)

@Swinky - I'm not sure if it is compatible with new game+, I would say there probably are some compatibility issues since both mods change a lot of the code. As far as the buildings, yes lots of them are different colors to distinguish them from the original buildings. But yes they are supposed to look like that. Since I am limited to using the in-game sprites, changing the colors a bit is the only differentiation I can do.
