fix dark bum dropping soul hearts instead of black hearts.

please unnerf the nail

@qwsa124.lihgt not right now becouse there's no way (or at least no easy way without manually accouting for a bunch of edge cases) to detect when a random heart drops. I don't want it to change hearts droped by somthing like a lover card to soul hearts or change hearts left in a room to soul hearts when you walk back into a room and currently there's no easy way to detect that.
I will unnerf Mitre as soon as

the Mitre also get nerf, soul hearts drop rate is 33% now down from 50% in ab+. Could you unnerf it too?

@Visualize it should still sometimes drop blue/hostile spiders it only turns black hearts/cards/pills into soul hearts and leaves blue/hostile spiders alone

Could you please add an option to randomize the Dark Bum to rarely drop blue and hostile spiders too like it used to? Feels a little too strong when it's guaranteed soul hearts.

Have you considered making this compatible with mod config, just to make toggling this easier?

@whoami sort of I can't really (or at least not easily) reacreate the full nail effect when I override the nail complelly and just adding a second soul heart means you get a full black heart instead becouse the nail gives half a black heart and adding a half soul heart complets that to a full black heart lowering the damage up of the nail to be like it was in AB+ is even harder and I don't want to buff the nail to be more powerfull then it was in AB+. If you really want a nail unnerf change the line soulheartgeneratorUnnerf.enableNailUnnerf = false to soulheartgeneratorUnnerf.enableNailUnnerf = true in main.lua then the nail will give you a full black heart.
