Oh, you mean this.
Well, you'll need knowledge of how to work with 3d models, and knowledge of a 3d editor like Blender.
As I understand it, the armour from that mod simply doesn't have a female model, so you'll need to make one.
This will require you to adapt the geometry (appearance) of the armour first. This is not that difficult.
And you'll also need to rig those meshes to the female ‘skeleton’ so that the armour moves and deforms properly, as well as working with the character editor. That's the harder part.
I think when I started modding Kenshi myself, there was something on this topic in the community tutorials section.
You can also find something useful on official and community Discord servers.
Considering I've never played with this mod, have no idea what it does, and haven't played Kenshi in years... Yes =)
Sliders have two parts - a morph part with the 3d object in a separate file, and a text part that adds that to the game.
While you can simply copy the text part from one file to another, for the morphs themselves you'll need to combine all the shape-keys (which define exactly how the faces should morph) in a software like Blender.
If you do not do this, whichever set of sliders (for a particular race) is lower on your mod list will apply. The game cannot merge this automatically as it works with most other mods.
Any NPC who is assigned a Hive-Prince race (even from random list), and who is not assigned a forced male gender (most squads not), could turn out to be a Princess.
But I don't know what the chances of that are in a vanilla game. Princes are pretty rare there.
