北京，中国（Beijing / Peking, China）

北京市，古称燕京、北平，是中华人民共和国的首都、直辖市、国家中心城市、超大城市，中国的政治中心、文化中心、国际交往中心、科技创新中心。

本地图按照约1:3的比例，主要还原了北京六环内/附近的区域，相当于真实地形60km×60km范围，包括北京城区，以及大兴区（黄村、大兴新城）、顺义区、通州区、房山区（良乡、长阳）、沙河、天通苑、北清路地区、亦庄等卫星城。以故宫博物院、景山公园为中心，地图西起门头沟城区，东至通州大运河森林公园，南达黄村站、大兴新城，北抵沙河高教园区、小汤山镇。

关于公路设施，本地图还原了二环（普通道路）以及三环至六环的全快速路设计，并配合京新高速、京藏高速、京承高速、京密路、机场高速、京平高速、京通快速路、京津高速、京沪高速、京台高速、大兴机场高速、大广高速、京港澳高速等一系列放射状高速路和快速路，还原了部分立交节点，如百葛桥（变形）、管头桥、李天桥、平房桥、宛平桥、分钟寺桥（简化）、化工桥、马驹桥、房山梨园桥、六里桥、岳各庄桥、国贸桥等。

关于铁路设施（偏指火车站），分为25格内和25格外介绍。25格内：北京站、北京东站、北京南站、北京西站、北京北站、北京朝阳站（星火站）、丰台站、清河站、黄土店站、双桥站。25格外：黄村站、良乡站、沙河站、亦庄站、通州站、石景山站（未铺设）、顺义站（未铺设）、顺义西站、后章村站（未铺设）、昌平站（未铺设）。

关于空港设施，本地图推荐改扩建/使用25格内的西苑机场（西郊机场/四季青机场）、南苑机场。此外，本地图在25格外已标出北京首都国际机场，以及良乡机场等军用机场所在位置。

关于水系，本地图在市区范围内还原了京城六海（西海、后海、前海、北海、中海、南海）、护城河、奥林匹克公园龙形水系、南长河、坝河、京密引水渠、永定河引水渠、清河、颐和园昆明湖、圆明园福海、凉水河、通惠河等水系；在城郊部分还原了南沙河、北沙河、沙河水库、温榆河、潮白河、运潮减河、小中河、北运河、（新）凤河、九子河（小清河）、青龙湖、永定河等水系。

Beijing, known as Yanjing or Peiping/Beiping in ancient times, is the capital of People’s Republic of China. It is a megacity, defined as China’s political center, cultural center, international communication center, and scientific and technological innovation center.

This map majorly restores Beijing within sixth-ring, with scale of 60km×60km (around 1:3), including downtown Beijing and suburban districts like Daxing, Fangshan (mainly Liangxiang & Changyang), Shunyi and Tongzhou. Taken the Palace Museum and Jingshan Park as the center, the map stretches from Mentougou District in the west, to Grand Canal Forest Park in the east, from Huangcun Railway Station and Daxing New Town in the south, to Shahe University Park and Xiaotangshan Town in the north.

As for roads, 4 circles are built as expressway. Meanwhile, parts of intersections at their junctions with more radial freeways built, like Beijing-Tianjin/Tientsin expressway, are also well-placed.

As for railways, 10 railway stations including Beijing Railway Station, Beijing Chaoyang Railway Station, Fengtai Railway Station are in 25 tiles, while others like Huangcun Railway Station are outside 25 tiles.

As for airports, Xiyuan Airport (Xijiao Airport, Sijiqing Airport) and Beijing Nanyuan International Airport is recommended in usage, for they are placed within 25 tiles. Moreover, Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK / ZBAA) and military airports like Liangxiang Airport are marked in the map.
