Description
Simple mod which removes the food and upkeep cheats rebels gets.

It should fix the YTR army spam in 194 for example.

Yes, no update needed.
Suffice to say i havent tested it in 194 yet, but from what i've seen when using it in 200 and 190 campaigns it works nicely.

Does this still work post update? this mod is so important if you don't wipe the YTR army out quick enough in 194
