The Man in the Candy Cat Suit is responsible for attacking multiple Freddy's locations, including the Nebraska location, claiming it was 'entering Candy's territory.' He may randomly appear at the Bakersfield location in an attempt to stage another attack. If Jack has a taser, he can use it to stop him

The man and the Man in the Cat Suit will be sent to the electric chair by a police officer, and Peter Kennedy will give Jack 500 tokens, but if he doesn't, Jack will pee in his pants, causing the Man in the Cat Suit to shoot him and the rest of the restaurant, causing a Game Over. He is voiced with the Frank voice from Frank, a TTS synthesizer.

The Man in the Candy the Cat suit is based on Candy the Cat. If the player names themselves 'Candy' or 'Candy the Cat,' the Phone Guy will scream, and the player will be immediately fired. It is highly likely that the Man in the Candy Cat Suit was responsible for Abel's death at the Nebraska location.
