Megalomaniac (maximum) size maps of the USA for Transport Fever 2, based on real heightmaps of the United States.

Includes:
Blank - randomize cities and industries in Map Editor before playing or place your own, or make a Scenario based on it.

Cities only - real select cities from the US. Add industries to play.

Cities and industries based on actual US industrial production statistics.

Easier version with 100+ random industries - less realistic but denser packing makes for an easier game.
